Big Kids travels to Adelaide

DBA's Big Kids junior development camps comes to Adelaide on June 12.
 
          
 
The camp will be held at Wayville Stadium, Rose Terrace, Wayville from 12:00 noon to 3:00pm, and is open to children from 5 to 15 years, although teenage players are also welcome to attend.
 
Instructed by DBA's experienced coaches Janelle Bressow (Gecko's Head Coach) and Nic Taschke (Geckos Ass. Coach and  Captain), the sessions will be  in both oral and Auslan providing clear communication to all chlldren.
 
The sessions will include basic skills as well as advanced instruction to experienced players. Supported by Basketball Australia and particularly Basketball Australia South Australia, the camp will provide opportunities for deaf and hard of hearing chldren to have fun, meet new friends and learn about opportunities in deaf basketball in Australia and even perhaps representing Australia overseas.
 
DBA will also provide information sessions for parents on both local, national and international opportunities for their children.
