Deaf Basketball Australia (DBA) will be holding the 2009 Presentation Night on Saturday November 21 in Brisbane, QLD.

 

The evening will highlight the year for deaf basketball and will also host the presentation of the two major players awards for 2009. The two awards, Most Valuable Player (MVP) and Rookie of the Year are very sought after by deaf basketball players and are presented after international competitions such as the 2009 Deaflympics.

 

The Presentation Night will be held at the Gardens Restaurant at Robertson Gardens Motel, Kessels Rd., Robertson in Brisbane. The evening will include a 3 course meal and tickets are on sale for $50.00 per person. A display of photographs and memorabilia will also be available during the evening, and with the women's national team, the Geckos in attendance, promises to be a great evening.
